We believe in data minimization. EasyPdf is designed to function with maximum privacy:
No Account Required: We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in.
No Tracking or Analytics: The App does not integrate invasive third-party trackers, and we do not monitor your individual usage habits.
No Invasive
Permissions: The App uses Android's native secure file picker. We do not request broad READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions, meaning
we have absolutely no access to scan or view the files on your device.
EasyPdf features a hybrid processing engine. How your files are handled depends entirely on the tool you select:
A. Local On-Device Processing (Zero Data Collection) The majority of our tools process your documents strictly on your device's local hardware. Your files are never uploaded to the internet, and no data leaves your phone when using the following features:

PDF Compression (Normal & Extreme)
Password Encryption & Decryption
Adding Watermarks & Page Numbers
Page Rotation & Image-to-PDF creation
Local text searches & OCR
B. Secure Cloud Processing (Office Format Conversions) To provide high-fidelity format conversions, certain complex tasks must be handled by our secure conversion servers. When you use the following tools, your file is temporarily uploaded via a secure, encrypted HTTPS connection:
PDF to Word (.docx)
PDF to Excel (.xlsx)
PDF to PowerPoint (.pptx)
Word/Excel/PowerPoint to PDF
Strict Server Deletion Policy: When a file is uploaded for conversion, it is stored in an isolated, temporary directory on our server. The exact moment the conversion is complete and the new file is downloaded back to your device, both the original file and the converted file are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. We do not keep backups, logs, or copies of your documents.
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
Encrypted Transfers: All communication between the App and our conversion servers is encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Server Authentication: The App utilizes strict API key authentication and User-Agent verification to ensure our servers only accept requests directly from the official EasyPdf application, preventing unauthorized access or bot interference.
EasyPdf operates on independent infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or rent your documents or usage data to ad networks, data brokers, or any other third-party entities.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App's features or legal requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
